At Gavin Files, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Returns are only accepted for products that are defective, damaged upon arrival, or significantly different from the description.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Items that show signs of use or physical damage after delivery (not caused by shipping)

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.

  2. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

  3. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

  4. Items must be shipped back within 7 days after receiving return instructions.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original form of communication used during the order confirmation.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
